Customer Care

Because Sugar Rush Confectioners products are handcrafted food items, all confectionery purchases are final sale and non-returnable.

For food safety and quality reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on confectionery products, including seasonal collections, made-to-order items, and custom orders.
